The word Aligned represents two equally important parts of the therapeutic process.

First, I help clients align with their values and move toward what they want most out of life. Your goals guide our work, and I will support you in staying intentional and accountable as you move forward. If you are feeling stuck, alone, afraid, or lost, you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Together, we can explore what matters most to you and identify a path that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

Second, I believe that alignment within the therapeutic relationship itself is essential. Feeling heard and truly seen is a powerful part of healing, and I want to understand what makes you you. I will walk alongside you as you step outside your comfort zone, develop new ways of responding, and release patterns or experiences that are no longer serving you.
